The tender budget is €528,293.65 including tax (€507,974.67 before tax). Award is based on the technical proposal (40 points) and price (60 points). Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, have a workplace in Melilla and the required biocide-service registration, and provide a suitably qualified team.
