Lift inspection services for Coria Town Council

Summary

The contract covers statutory technical inspections of four lifts in Coria municipal buildings. Eight periodic inspections are planned over the two-year period, two for each lift. The price also includes, if needed, inspections associated with a change of maintenance provider (up to one per lift) and first and second follow-up inspections to verify the correction of defects. The provider must also arrange a non-periodic inspection after an accident or when required by the competent authority; the documents do not specify an exact response time. Inspection certificates must be submitted before the current certificates expire, and defects posing a serious and imminent risk must be reported to the municipality immediately.
