Summary

CANALINK seeks one medium-sized glazed van for each of three lots—Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Andalusia—under a four-year lease with no purchase option. The vehicles will support staff travel and the transport of tools and small equipment. The contract includes insurance, maintenance and repairs, tyre replacement, inspections, 24-hour roadside assistance and recovery, and a replacement vehicle if a vehicle is immobilised. New vehicles must be delivered within 12 months of contract signature; a comparable used vehicle may be provided temporarily within one month. Each vehicle must have an engine of at least 95 hp, a manual or automatic transmission, GPS tracking and the specified safety and comfort equipment. Diesel or petrol vehicles are permitted; LPG vehicles or non-plug-in hybrids receive an evaluation advantage. Plug-in hybrids and electric vehicles are not accepted. Annual mileage limits are 15,000 km, 10,000 km and 25,000 km respectively; excess mileage is priced separately. The total estimated value excluding taxes is €63,980. Lot budgets including taxes are €23,120.56 for Tenerife, €22,671.16 for Gran Canaria and €25,632.64 for Andalusia. Offers are assessed automatically: price up to 70 points, delivery time up to 10 points, an additional 5,000 km of annual mileage for 10 points, a higher-capacity replacement vehicle for up to seven days for 5 points, and a more environmentally efficient vehicle for up to 5 points. Bidders must submit the required vehicle specification and documents and demonstrate the required turnover and experience leasing comparable vehicles for each lot.
