Supply of ordinary and printed office supplies to the Ministry

Summary

The tender covers the supply of ordinary and printed office supplies for the units of Spain’s Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities in Madrid. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers standard office supplies such as paper, writing instruments, folders, adhesive tape, envelopes and batteries; Lot 2 covers printed envelopes, bags, letter paper, labels, logo-printed pens, stamps and related accessories. The total estimated budget is €43,771.75 including VAT (€36,175 excluding VAT). The contract runs for up to 12 months; Lot 2 may be extended by one year, while Lot 1 may not. Deliveries must be made to the Ministry’s headquarters in Madrid, normally within 5 working days of an order; in urgent cases, the deadline may be 2 or 3 calendar days. Bidders must quote a unit price for every listed product in each lot for which they submit an offer and include transport and delivery costs. Price is the sole award criterion. Environmental conditions also apply: at least 75% of packaging must be reusable, recyclable or made from recycled materials, and waste must be sorted and managed appropriately.
