Summary

The procurement covers renovation and improvement works at the A Lama health centre under a single contract. The works include renewing the roof and properly handling asbestos-containing material; installing rain gutters and downpipes; cleaning and protecting the granite façades; replacing exterior and interior doors and windows; renewing interior finishes and installing linoleum flooring; electrical and heating works; and reconfiguring rooms to provide a larger emergency room, a more functional nursing room and an accessible toilet.
