Furniture for apartments at the Armilla Military Rest Residence

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of 257 furniture items for apartments at the Armilla Military Rest Residence. Items include beds, mattresses and bed bases, dining tables and chairs, storage benches, acoustic panels, mirrors, a bathroom cabinet, wardrobes and bookcases, desks and drawer units, sofas, armchairs, headboards and ergonomic office chairs. The furniture must be delivered and installed within 20 working days starting the day after award notification, and no later than 30 November. Delivery and installation are at the residence on Armilla Air Base; transport and installation costs must be included in the offer. The budget is €60,000 including 21% VAT (€49,586.78 excluding VAT). Price is the sole award criterion, and the offer must cover every listed item. Bidders must provide a technical data sheet for each item and a signed offer with itemised prices. Goods must be new, properly packaged and labelled, and meet at least the quality requirements in the technical specifications; permitted equivalents must satisfy the required characteristics. Samples are not required. The general warranty is two years and includes after-sales support, maintenance and repairs. The tender also sets environmental and occupational safety requirements and limits on subcontracting.
