Supply of IT equipment for various municipal services

Summary

The tender covers the supply of computers, monitors and accessories to renew and expand the municipal IT estate of Valdepeñas. It comprises 12 desktop computers, 21 monitors, 12 mounting accessories, 5 laptops and 5 monitors with docking stations. Equipment must be new, intended for professional use and compatible; technically equivalent or superior models may be offered if their compliance is substantiated. Desktop computers must have at least 16 GB of expandable DDR5 memory and a 512 GB SSD. Laptops must have at least 16 GB of DDR5 memory, a 512 GB SSD, a 15.6-inch Full HD display and a certified battery life of at least 8 hours. All equipment must have a manufacturer’s warranty of at least three years. The maximum tender budget is EUR 27,077.38 including VAT (EUR 22,378 excluding VAT). Price is the sole award criterion; the lowest admissible offer may receive up to 100 points, and offers above the budget will be rejected. All equipment must be delivered to the municipal premises designated by Valdepeñas within 30 calendar days of contract signature. The tenderer must submit an electronic offer containing a responsible declaration, price offer, technical proposal, manufacturer data sheets, and evidence of compliance and equivalence.
