Supply of technological equipment and CCTV for the Rivas-Vaciamadrid municipal cemetery

The procurement covers an integrated supply of technology for automating access, providing CCTV surveillance, and connecting the systems to communications and electrical infrastructure at the Rivas-Vaciamadrid municipal cemetery. The supply includes, among other items, network cabling and equipment, a communications cabinet and patch panel, cable-protection conduits, electrical cable, 8 MP and 6 MP IP cameras with mounts and video-management licences, an access controller compatible with up to four readers, a proximity reader, an electric door strike and a magnetic contact. This is a unit-price supply contract: quantities are estimates, actual orders depend on the municipality’s needs, and total expenditure cannot exceed the contract ceiling. Each order must be delivered within 30 calendar days; the contract runs from formalisation until 31 December 2026. The bidder must provide a minimum two-year warranty. Evaluation awards up to 35 points for additional warranty (7 points per additional year, up to five additional years) and up to 65 points for a uniform linear discount applied to the unit prices. A signed commitment for any additional warranty offered must be submitted with the bid. No technical or professional qualification is required; bids must be submitted electronically.
