Organisation of a recreational competition event

Summary

The tender concerns the organisation of a recreational competition event (“Grand Prix” or “Humor Amarillo”) in the Villanueva de la Cañada area. The organiser will determine the location and date; installation, the event and removal of the equipment will take place on the same day. The event will consist of one session with six teams of 6–8 participants each. The contractor must provide inflatable activity areas and other competition equipment, blowers, barriers and a suitable power generator. The contractor is also responsible for transporting, installing and removing the equipment, and for providing a professional sound system with an estimated output of 6,000 W. Staffing must include a suitably qualified monitor for each inflatable attraction, one sound technician who also acts as the event announcer, and one coordinator for every six monitors. The contractor must meet the technical and safety requirements, provide the required inspection and technical documents for the equipment, and prepare an occupational risk prevention plan and a self-protection, emergency and evacuation plan. Installation must be completed at least two hours before the event starts, and staff must be present during installation, the event and dismantling. The contractor must hold civil liability insurance with cover of at least EUR 120,000 and participant accident insurance with the coverage amounts specified in the suitability criteria.
