Supply of Construction Materials to Coronel Maté Base

Summary

The contract covers the supply of 80 listed types of construction materials and supplies to Coronel Maté Base in Colmenar Viejo for repair, improvement and refurbishment works in the base’s buildings and outdoor areas. The schedule includes, among other items, gravel, sand, topsoil and compost, cement, plaster and mortar, bricks and concrete blocks, steel mesh, plasterboard and profiles, tiles, asphalt and PVC products, pipe fittings, a shower tray and a toilet. Materials will be ordered as needed in successive deliveries at unit prices; the buyer is not required to purchase every schedule item. Each order must be worth at least EUR 300 and must be delivered within five working days. Delivery is to the base, and the contract runs from award acceptance until 10 December 2026. The total budget is EUR 12,000 including 21% VAT; the offer must apply the same discount to every price-schedule item. Bidders must be registered in the relevant national or regional register of bidders, or have submitted a valid registration application before the offer deadline. Proof of financial and technical capacity is waived. Equivalent products may be offered if a technical data sheet demonstrating equivalence is included with the offer. Price accounts for 85% of the score; quality, environmental and occupational health and safety certificates each account for 5%. These certificates earn points but are not mandatory.
