Framework agreement for the supply of hardware, paint and fasteners to EMASESA (2027–2030)

Summary

EMASESA is establishing a framework agreement for three categories of goods used in Seville: (1) hardware and builders’ merchant supplies, such as clamps, toilet paper and sealing tape; (2) paint and painting supplies, such as brushes and spray products; and (3) screws, nuts, washers and threaded rods. A bidder may apply for one or more lots. All bidders that demonstrate the required capacity and qualifications will be admitted to the framework agreement for the relevant lots; actual purchases will depend on EMASESA’s needs, and no order volumes are guaranteed. The estimated annual budget excluding VAT is €66,000 for Lot 1 and €12,000 each for Lots 2 and 3; the total initial-period budget is €90,000 excluding VAT, or €108,900 including VAT. The estimated contract value, including possible extensions and modifications, is €168,000. The framework agreement runs from signature until 31 December 2028, may be extended for one year and, if necessary, supply may continue for up to nine months until a new provider takes over. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience with similar supplies; for Lot 3, they must also provide a catalogue, technical data sheet or manufacturer’s certificate showing that they can offer the complete required product range. Offers must be submitted electronically. Variants are not permitted, and no tender guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee of 5% of the relevant award amount excluding VAT.
