Supply of industrial laundry and wash-tunnel products

Summary

The tender covers the supply of industrial laundry and wash-tunnel cleaning products for Ceuta Prison, together with installation of an automatic dosing system for the washing machines. The products are concentrated alkaline laundry detergent (estimated 3,500 kg per year), liquid bleach with at least 35% active oxygen (2,500 kg), fabric softener (3,500 kg), hard-water dishwasher detergent (2,500 kg) and dishwasher rinse aid (2,000 kg). These quantities are estimates, not a purchase commitment; orders will reflect actual needs and are expected to be delivered in approximately 4–5 consignments per year. The maximum budget is EUR 39,300 excluding IPSI, and the contract runs from signature until 31 December 2026. Bids must state unit prices for each product and the proposed delivery time. Price accounts for 80% of the score; delivery within 24 hours earns 20 points, within 48 hours 10 points, and later delivery 0 points. The successful bidder must install a dosing system with at least 3 peristaltic pumps, automatic wash-program selection and a minimum flow rate of 1,200 cc/min, serving three 44 kg washing machines. Bidders are exempt from proving economic and technical capacity, but the bidder proposed for award may be asked to provide product samples with safety or technical data sheets within 4 working days. Packaging must be recyclable, recycled or biodegradable; non-recyclable single-use plastics are prohibited.
