Design and printing of the 2027 institutional calendar

Summary

The contract covers the design, editing, printing and delivery of 2,000 copies of the 2027 Traditional Festivals Calendar for the Province of Guadalajara. The contractor must produce horizontal calendars measuring 33 × 24 cm, with 28 pages, full-colour printing and staple binding; the cover is laminated with a glossy finish on one side. The calendar includes photographs for the months, calendar dates and saints’ days, regional public holidays, and a listing of traditional festivals across the province. A final proof must be submitted to the Culture Service for approval during the first week of December, and the printed calendars must be securely packed and delivered by 16 December 2026. The contractor must also send a PDF of the approved final calendar for the authority’s digital publication. The procurement is not divided into lots. The maximum tender budget is €8,470 including VAT (€7,000 net and €1,470 VAT); price is the sole award criterion. Offers are due within 10 working days of publication of the contract notice. Participation requires registration, or evidence of a registration application filed before the deadline, adequate turnover and the technical and personnel resources needed to perform the service. The contract may be extended by one year for production of the 2028 calendar.
