Production and organisation of the art exhibition “Woman: Fragments and Reflections”

Summary

The contract covers the full production and organisation of artist Patricia Yurena Rodríguez’s painting exhibition “Woman: Fragments and Reflections” in the courtyard of the San Luis Obispo Franciscan Convent in Granadilla de Abona. The exhibition is expected to run for 25 calendar days in November 2026 and is initially planned to include 24 original works. The contractor will plan and produce the exhibition, coordinate its technical and logistical arrangements, secure the temporary loan of the works, arrange their transport from Madrid, Las Palmas and Tenerife, pack and insure them, install the exhibition and information labels, and later dismantle the display and return the works. The contractor must also secure the artist’s attendance at the opening and an opening performance of approximately 25 minutes, and arrange her travel, accommodation and meals when required. The bid must include a technical project and a binding commitment from the artist to participate. The estimated budget is €16,050 including 7% IGIC (€15,000 excluding tax); the price must cover all costs necessary to perform the contract. Price is worth up to 75 points and the quality of the technical project up to 25 points. Bids must be submitted electronically. If private security is arranged for the exhibition venue, the municipality will organise and pay for it where applicable.
