Refurbishment and improvement of the O Cruceiro de Valón community premises (POS+2026)

The contract covers refurbishment and improvement works at the O Cruceiro de Valón community premises in Ferrol. The works include waterproofing the roof and its junctions and repairing damaged ceilings; replacing the gym’s floating floor; repairing cracks and damp and repainting interior surfaces and external facades; adding internal lining to the facade walls of building 2; replacing damaged gutters and downpipes and repairing roof components; replacing lights with LED lighting; replacing two locks; renewing metal window frames; and repairing the boiler and radiators.
