Summary

The tender covers the supply of 39 standardised mechanical spare-part items for Renfe railway vehicles, including washers, bolts, nuts, rings, clamps and joints. A bidder may tender for one, several or all listed item references, but must offer the full estimated quantity for each selected reference. Deliveries will be made to Renfe maintenance centres against orders over a 24-month period; the buyer does not undertake to purchase the full estimated quantity. The estimated total value is EUR 188,740. Prices must include packaging, storage, loading and transport. The bid must include the required technical documentation and, for each item, a unit price, first-delivery lead time, subsequent-delivery lead time and, if applicable, a minimum supply batch. Technical compliance must be approved. An equivalent product may be offered only with technical evidence and the manufacturer’s guarantee; alternatives are not permitted for certain technologically linked items. Price accounts for 90% of the evaluation: up to 85 points for price, 10 for delivery time and 5 for minimum batch size; the technical offer accounts for 10%. The contract lasts 24 months and supplied products carry a two-year warranty. Bids must be submitted electronically and remain valid for six months.
