Supply and installation of seven public-lighting electrical cabinets

Summary

The tender covers the supply and complete replacement of seven public-lighting electrical control cabinets in Ubrique. The work includes safely disconnecting, removing and disposing of the existing cabinets, supplying and installing new cabinets and electrical equipment, reconnecting existing lines, carrying out inspections, measurements and tests, and commissioning the installations. The cabinets are located on Ingeniero Ruiz Martínez, Jazmín, Carril, Avenida de Cádiz, San Francisco and Concejo Bajo streets, and in the Algarrobal neighbourhood. The procurement is a single contract and is not divided into lots. The maximum budget is EUR 21,500 including 21% VAT; the estimated value excluding VAT is EUR 17,768.60. All seven cabinets must be installed and operational within one month from signature of the site-layout record. The initial on-site survey must be completed within 15 days of contract formalisation. Offers are evaluated on price for 90 points and improvements for up to 10 points: completion within three weeks earns 2 points and within two weeks earns 5 points; extending the two-year warranty by one year earns 1 point, by 2–3 years earns 3 points, and by more than three years earns 5 points. No bid security or performance guarantee is required. Bidders must submit one electronically signed offer with a responsible declaration, price offer, technical documentation for the cabinets, and authorisation for the contracting authority to check tax and Social Security information or the relevant certificates. The submission period is 10 working days from the day after publication of the contract notice. The technical solutions must comply with the location-specific requirements in the tender documents; variants are not allowed. The contractor must comply with electrical safety, occupational health and safety, employment and environmental requirements, have waste handled by an authorised manager, and coordinate the work schedule with the municipality.
