Gas Ranges and Large Gas Cooking Kettles for School Canteens

Summary

The contract covers the supply of 34 large four-burner gas ranges with ovens and 17 150-litre gas cooking kettles for the kitchens of public primary-school canteens. The supplier must transport and deliver the equipment as ordered and install it where required. Delivery is normally to the Generalitat Valenciana logistics warehouse in Riba-Roja del Turia; in exceptional circumstances, up to 15% of the goods may be delivered directly to schools. Deliveries may be made in batches, with each delivery due within 30 calendar days of the order. The contract period is 12 months from the day after award. The maximum budget is €211,820 excluding VAT (€256,302.20 including 21% VAT); unit prices must not exceed €4,030 per range and €4,400 per cooking kettle, excluding VAT. Price carries up to 90 points, while an extension beyond the minimum three-year warranty can earn up to 10 points. The successful supplier must provide a final guarantee of 5% of the award amount. The bid submission period is 15 calendar days from the day after the invitation to submit an offer is sent.
