Summary

Canal Extremadura is procuring three wireless control systems and one foot pedal for the teleprompter control system in its news studio. If required, the control software must be updated to the latest stable version, existing settings and user profiles must be preserved, and remote technical support must be provided during the update and commissioning. The equipment must be compatible with the existing Autoscript IP system; wireless units must have a range of at least 100 m and a battery life of 100 hours. The offer must state the exact equipment models and required software version and include the manufacturer's technical datasheets and a compatibility declaration. Delivery is due within 30 calendar days from the day after contract signing. The estimated value is EUR 10,725 excluding VAT (EUR 12,977.25 including VAT); the contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points.
