Supply of floor and wall tiles for the Tamadaba Youth Hostel construction

Summary

Tragsa is purchasing floor and wall finishes for the construction of the youth hostel in the Tamadaba pine forest in Agaete, Gran Canaria. The complete supply is to be delivered in one order to Tragsa’s warehouse at Calle Beneficiado Jose Estupiñan 40, El Goro, Telde: 625.95 m² of extruded rustic porcelain floor tiles, 356.40 m of matching skirting, 15 m of stair treads, 15 m of stair side pieces, 606 m² of glazed pressed porcelain wall tiles, and 303 m of glazed ceramic decorative strips. The floor tiles, skirting and stair pieces must come from one matching collection with a consistent finish and burgundy/metallic tones; the wall tiles are matte white, and Tragsa will select the decorative strip finish. Tragsa will install the materials, but the supplier must handle transport, loading, unloading and storage and include all associated costs in the unit prices. The budget is €31,185.33 excluding IGIC and €33,368.30 including 7% IGIC. Delivery is due within 60 calendar days of contract signature; the deadline may be shortened by up to 15 days, with points awarded for the reduction. Price is worth up to 95 points and a shorter delivery period up to 5 points. Tenderers must demonstrate annual turnover of at least €21,900 and at least €21,900 in similar supplies during the last three years, and must be registered in ROLECE or have submitted a qualifying registration application. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 19 October 2026. The supplied materials carry a one-year warranty.
