Manufacture, supply and installation of monitor panels and auxiliary infrastructure at RTVE sites

Summary

The procurement covers the manufacture, supply and installation of support structures for RTVE monitor panels, universal television and loudspeaker mounts, and related infrastructure. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 concerns RTVE’s Studios 5 and 6 in Sant Cugat, Barcelona, and includes sliding panels, wheeled floor panels, loudspeaker stands, cable trays and wall cabinets; Lot 2 concerns the A-3 and B-4 studios at Torrespaña in Madrid and includes sliding and fixed structures, mounts and spare materials. The work may include removing existing structures, relocating equipment and recycling waste. The total estimated value is €91,700 excluding VAT (€71,300 for Lot 1 and €20,400 for Lot 2); bids may not exceed the estimated value of the relevant lot. Work must be completed within 180 calendar days from the agreed start date, which is to be agreed and notified in writing no later than 20 calendar days after contract signature; the maximum contract duration is 18 months. Price carries 76 points and is the main award criterion; the technical solution is worth up to 24 points and is subject to a 35% minimum threshold. To participate, bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and experience, submit a detailed technical offer, and be registered—or have applied on time for registration—in Spain’s official public-sector bidders’ register. The final performance guarantee is 5% of the bid price; no provisional guarantee is required.
