Asphalting a New Street in Villaralbo

Summary

The contract covers constructing and asphalt-paving the surface of Calle Nueva Apertura, a new street in Villaralbo; the road currently has a natural gravel surface and will be paved for the first time. The works must follow the project and technical tender documents and be completed within a maximum of three months. The estimated value is €41,680.99 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is €50,434 including VAT. The procurement is not divided into lots and is partly funded by the 2026 Territorial Cohesion Fund. Bids are evaluated on price (70%) and reduction of the works period (30%). Any proposed time reduction must be supported by a detailed work programme and supporting documents.
