Climate action training services for the ACLIMA CENCYL project

Summary

The contract is for the creation of an online climate action and decarbonisation training programme under the ACLIMA CENCYL project, aimed at business leaders, local government decision-makers and other participants. The work covers five connected strands: strategic governance and targets, awareness-raising, development of learning materials and six subject modules, support for organisations implementing emissions-reduction plans, and evaluation with annual content updates. Training will be delivered online through an LMS and will include 15–20-minute videos, downloadable materials, practical case studies and tools, webinars, workshops, coaching, assessments and a final certificate. Bidders must describe a concrete methodology, timetable, team and technical resources. The estimated value is €29,752.07 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget of €36,000 including VAT; the contract runs until 31 December 2028 and cannot be extended. Offers are assessed on price, technical proposal quality and additional relevant experience. Bidders must provide the required qualification evidence and submit their offers electronically with a digital signature.
