Summary

The tender covers tactical hardware for the personnel and deployable command posts of a Spanish Air and Space Force unit, to support the TAK software ecosystem, including ATAK on Android end-user devices. The supply comprises 19 Samsung Galaxy S25 256 GB Enterprise Edition phones and Juggernaut accessories: 17 rugged phone cases, 17 MOLLE chest mounts, 17 screen protectors, 3 arm mounts, 4 HAHO-HALO navigation consoles, 4 chest mounts for Samsung Active 5 tablets and 4 rugged cases for those tablets. The equipment must be suitable for demanding field conditions and technically compatible; the phones must be listed in the national catalogue of information-security products and services. All goods must be new and factory-supplied, not refurbished or repaired. Bidders must submit an electronic offer with technical documents proving compliance with the technical specification, together with the required declarations and price offer. Price is the sole award criterion: the lowest-priced offer receives 100 points, with other offers scored in proportion to the lowest and submitted prices. The offer must not exceed EUR 27,534 excluding VAT; the contract budget including VAT is EUR 33,316.14. Delivery is due by 30 November 2026 to the EADA unit at Zaragoza Air Base. The successful bidder must provide on-site installation, configuration and commissioning support, train users and provide a three-year warranty. The contractor must also meet the cataloguing and environmental requirements set out in the tender documents.
