Supply of electrical materials to Tomelloso City Council

Tomelloso City Council is seeking a one-year supply of electrical materials for maintaining public lighting and the electrical installations in municipal buildings. The goods include, among other things, cables and wires, conduits, LED tubes and lamps, motion detectors, switches, circuit breakers, contactors and emergency lights. No tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee of 5%. The supplier must fulfil each partial order within 72 hours, provide the technical documents for the order and deliver the goods to the Tomelloso Electricity Service warehouse. Every listed item must be priced. The technical descriptions are minimum requirements; equivalent-quality brands are permitted, but alternatives to the specified technical characteristics are not. Unit prices remain fixed throughout the contract and any extension. Invoices are submitted monthly for quantities actually consumed, and the supplied materials carry a one-year warranty from acceptance.
