Summary

The contract covers occupational risk prevention and employee health services for Ceuta’s professional music conservatory at its current premises in Buildings D and E of the Revellín Cultural Complex. The provider must supply sufficient staff and working hours, offer annual voluntary medical examinations to 31 employees at €40 per person, and appoint a service coordinator and a separate person to carry out periodic inspections. The technical specification also requires a response within less than two hours following a breakdown report. The contract runs for up to one year in 2027 and may be extended by agreement in yearly periods for up to four additional years. The base budget is €1,600 plus 4% IPSI (€64), totalling €1,664.
