Supply and installation of LED luminaires for streets in Benalmádena

Summary

Benalmádena is procuring the supply and installation of 490 LED luminaires at selected locations on municipal roads and sports facilities, replacing existing, higher-consumption metal-halide and other lamps. The quantities are 38 fishing-style luminaires, 428 semi-spherical luminaires and 24 floodlights. The work includes transport, installation on existing poles or wall brackets, connection, commissioning, handover of removed materials and inspection of the installations. The luminaires must meet the accompanying lighting study. The aim is to reduce energy consumption by an estimated 45–70% and lower emissions. The contract is not divided into lots and must be completed within eight months of contract signing. The estimated tender value is €142,912 excluding VAT, or €172,923.52 including VAT; bids exceeding the limit will be rejected. Price is worth up to 90 points and an extended warranty up to 10 points. The mandatory warranty is five years and may be extended by up to a further ten years, to a maximum total of 15 years. Bidders must provide technical specifications and compliance evidence for the LED luminaires, photometric test certificates from a laboratory, and a declaration that at least 50% of the luminaires' material is recyclable at the end of its useful life.
