Summary

The contract covers the restoration and landscaping of a degraded municipal green space in Llíria, turning it into an accessible urban climate refuge with the appearance of a walkable woodland area. The work includes assessing the site, designing and planning the landscaping improvements, and carrying out the gardening and landscaping works. These include removing trees and hedges in poor condition, removing the existing drip-irrigation system and installing a new remotely controlled system, loosening the soil and adding topsoil, and planting shrubs, trees, ground-cover plants and climbers. The estimated quantities include 400 shrubs, 15 trees and 1,500 ground-cover or climbing plants. The estimated contract value is €35,475.69 excluding VAT and €42,925.58 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Price carries up to 80 points, while the experience of the technical team assigned to the contract in designing and implementing climate refuges carries up to 20 points. Work must start no later than 15 calendar days after contract signature and be completed within one month. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days from the day after the contract notice is published. Participation requires evidence of the specified economic and technical capacity, together with the required responsible declaration and supporting documents.
