Repair and waterproofing of the hangar at San Vicente Fire Station

The procurement covers the repair and waterproofing of the hangar roof at the San Vicente fire station, in accordance with the technical memorandum. Offers will be assessed using automatic criteria: price is worth up to 80 points, additional warranty up to 10 points (one point per additional month, up to 10 months), and a shorter completion period up to 10 points (a reduction of four weeks earns 10 points, three weeks 7, two weeks 5 and one week 3). Bidders must meet the stated experience requirement and be able to appoint the personnel needed for the work. The winning bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price excluding VAT.
