The contract covers construction of an accessible municipal swimming pool in the hamlet of El Jardín, in the municipality of Alcaraz. The project includes an adult pool and a children's pool, a facility with toilets and changing rooms, a first-aid room and a water-treatment plant room, as well as footbaths and showers. The sports area will also be rearranged: the padel court will be moved within the site and the basketball/handball court removed. The works are expected to take five months and carry a 12-month warranty. The estimated contract value is €82,639.55 excluding VAT; the budget including 21% VAT is €99,993.86. The contract is not divided into lots, and price is the sole award criterion.
