Rehabilitation and refurbishment of the Las Canales water supply reservoir

Summary

The contract covers rehabilitation, refurbishment and adaptation works to the Las Canales water supply reservoir in Icod de los Vinos, Tenerife. The works include, among other things, cleaning and repairing the reservoir, dividing it into two sections, waterproofing its interior, and carrying out hydraulic, electrical and technical-room works. The works must be completed within six months and carry a one-year warranty. The tender budget is capped at €179,785.25, including 7% IGIC; bids above this amount will be excluded. Only companies already admitted to Category 1 of the dynamic purchasing system may submit bids, within 15 calendar days of the invitation being sent. Evaluation covers price (up to 30 points), a free remote monitoring and control improvement (up to 40 points), and a technical memorandum on the resources and work organisation (up to 30 points). A minimum score of 12 points for the technical memorandum is required to continue. A health inspection must be passed before the reservoir is commissioned.
