Supply of light vehicles for the Seville Provincial Council fleet

Summary

The Seville Provincial Council is renewing its vehicle fleet and seeks 16 new light vehicles: 11 mixed-use vans for transporting people and goods, 4 four-wheel-drive off-road pick-ups, and 1 passenger van. The procurement is divided into three lots, and bidders may bid for one, several or all lots. Vehicles must be delivered within four months after contract signature, registered and accompanied by the required original documents, at a location in Seville province. The supply also includes transport, registration costs, required accessories and vehicle markings applied according to the authority’s instructions. Vehicles must meet the specifications for the relevant lot. The standard vehicle warranty is two years. Bids are assessed on price (94 points) and extended warranty (6 points). The maximum unit prices excluding VAT are €23,235.62 for Lot 1, €44,644.42 for Lot 2 and €42,167.77 for Lot 3. To participate, bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and submit the specified technical forms and a procurement-specific technical description showing that each offered vehicle complies with the requirements.
