Resurfacing and improvement of municipal roads in Espasande

Summary

The contract covers resurfacing and improvement of municipal roads in Espasande. Ditches will be cleaned and the existing road surface resurfaced with a 5 cm layer of S-12 asphalt mix, compacted to 97% Marshall density. Potholes will be repaired and edges profiled across 10% of the surface, with a 1.5 kg/m² bituminous-emulsion tack coat. The works cover approximately 1,090 m of road sections and 4,295 m² of resurfacing, raising 32 existing manhole covers to the finished level, and installing horizontal and vertical road markings and traffic signs. Long-life road markings will be used. The works must be completed within 2 months. The estimated value is €62,617.07 excluding VAT; VAT is €13,149.58, giving a total of €75,766.65. Bids must be submitted electronically. Price is the sole award criterion and is worth 100 points. The submission period is 20 calendar days from publication of the contract notice. Bidders must be registered in the required bidders’ register by the submission deadline and demonstrate financial and technical capacity or provide an appropriate works classification.
