Cleaning and brush-clearing services for undeveloped municipal land plots

Summary

The tender covers maintenance and cleaning services for undeveloped plots owned by Vigo’s municipal land estate for two years, with an option to extend for one additional year. Work includes mowing and brush clearing, shredding plant matter, and removing and disposing of other waste such as plastic and paper. Tenderers must submit one discount percentage, to no more than two decimal places; this is the sole award criterion and applies uniformly to the unit prices. Participation requires the European Single Procurement Document, a responsible declaration and a price offer, as well as registration by the deadline in the relevant official register of bidders. The successful tenderer must provide civil liability insurance of at least €300,000 per claim. Environmental conditions and requirements concerning occupational safety, staff training and waste handling must also be met.
