The contract covers outpatient general medical care, follow-up consultations and physiotherapy for workers insured by ASEPEYO in Cuéllar and its surrounding area. Services must be delivered at the bidder’s own healthcare centre in Cuéllar or within 5 km by road of the town hall square. The centre must hold a valid operating authorisation for at least general medicine and physiotherapy and have functioning conventional X-ray equipment. Initial medical care must be available for at least 5 hours on weekdays, with a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes; physiotherapy must be available for at least 4 hours on weekdays, and each session must last at least 45 minutes. Follow-up consultations and physiotherapy require prior ASEPEYO authorisation. The contract lasts one year, with four possible one-year extensions; the estimated budget is €7,700, VAT-exempt, and the estimated total value including extensions is €40,040.
