Activity planning service for the 2026–2027 Christmas workshops

Summary

The contract covers the planning and delivery of Alzira’s Christmas workshops for children aged 3–12 during the school holidays. The 2026–2027 workshops are scheduled for 23, 28, 29 and 30 December 2026 and 4 and 5 January 2027. General attendance is approximately 9:00–14:00, with optional morning care from 8:00. The expected capacity is up to 250 children, including up to 10 children with disabilities. The programme must combine cultural, sports, educational, environmental, creative and leisure activities and promote inclusion, children’s participation and gender equality. The contractor will prepare the programme, recruit and organise the necessary staff, provide activity materials and insurance, help maintain the premises, keep attendance records and submit a report and evaluation after the workshops. The general staffing ratio is one group monitor per 12 children; for the planned 240 children, at least 20 group monitors and at least three integration monitors are required. The maximum budget is €22,500 excluding VAT (€24,750 including 10% VAT). By mutual agreement, the contract may be extended for the 2027–2028 Christmas workshops at the same price, subject to available budget. Bids will be evaluated on project quality, improvements, additional experience and price; price carries up to 49 points.
