Interior fit-out, signage and furniture for offices and a training centre at Retama 3

The tender covers the refurbishment of Renfe’s offices and training centre at Calle Retama 3 in Madrid. Estimated value: €2,057,229.73 excluding VAT. The estimated period is 9 months, with completion no later than 30 September 2027. The total estimated value is €19,090,298.58 excluding VAT. For Lots 1 and 2, price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and the proposed proportion of construction waste recovery, reuse and recycling for 30%; the minimum commitment is 30%, and an 80% commitment earns the maximum score. For Lot 3, price accounts for 40%, subjective technical assessment for 40% and the warranty offer for 20%. The Lot 3 technical offer must score at least 20 points. Offers remain valid for six months.
