Supply of refurbished 3,000-litre waste containers in Huesca

Summary

The tender is for the supply to the city of Huesca of refurbished, 3,000-litre top-loading waste containers for separate collection of residual waste, packaging and paper/cardboard. The containers must work with Grhusa’s bilateral robotic collection system and meet the technical requirements, including a minimum load capacity of 1,500 kg, the compatible F-90 mushroom-type lifting hook, and the specified materials, dimensions and colours. Supplies will be ordered as needed over a one-year contract: an estimated 18 containers in 2026 and 45 in 2027; the city is not obliged to order the full estimated quantity. Reducing the delivery period by up to 4 weeks carries up to 10 points, at 2.5 points for each week reduced. Bidders must meet the turnover, comparable-supply and quality-control specialist experience requirements and submit the required declarations and evidence. The successful bidder must obtain civil-liability insurance of at least €300,000. The contract also includes quality requirements, a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, compliance with employment and workplace-safety rules, a ban on plastic packaging, and the requirement to have supply-related waste collected and treated by authorised operators.
