Supply of digital information kiosks and a central content management platform in Burjassot

Summary

The contract covers the supply of 24 digital information kiosks and 24 4G/LTE communication modules or routers for Burjassot Town Council, together with licences for a central content management platform. The contractor must deliver and configure the equipment, connect it to the platform, carry out operational tests, provide manuals and technical documentation, and train municipal staff. Support, software updates and a warranty of at least three years are also included. Mobile data plans, SIM cards and operator charges are to be procured separately by the council. The kiosk screens must generally be at least 49 inches, portrait-format, Full HD, at least 350 nits bright and rated for at least 50,000 hours of operation. The CMS must support web-based content management, scheduling and publishing by device groups, as well as remote device monitoring.
