Construction of the Municipal Sports Hall in Casas de Millán

Summary

The procurement is for construction of a new municipal sports hall on municipal land between Valdivia, Luis Miranda and La Estación streets in Casas de Millán. The works must follow the project and include, among other things, earthworks, foundations and reinforced concrete, steel structures, roofing, flooring, doors, water and electrical installations, drainage and finishes. The works are to be completed within three months from signature of the site-setting-out record. The contract is not divided into lots. The estimated contract value is €185,347.18 excluding VAT, and the tender budget is €224,270.09 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically within 20 calendar days beginning on the day after publication of the contract notice. Bidders must submit the required responsible declaration and price offer and demonstrate their financial and technical capacity. The successful bidder must provide a definitive guarantee of 5% of the final offered price; a health and safety plan must be submitted before the works begin.
