The contract covers the extension of the existing bar building at the municipal swimming pools in Sástago, at Avenida Aragón 1. The aim is to create additional space to improve the bar’s operation and service capacity. The construction contract is not divided into lots, has an execution period of up to 6 months and a tender budget of €154,297.34 plus VAT (€186,699.78 including VAT).
