Supply of plumbing materials to LIMASAM

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of plumbing and sanitary materials, components, accessories and consumables for LIMASAM’s maintenance and repair work. The extensive unit-price product list includes pipes and fittings, valves, pumps, taps, tanks and sanitary ware. Orders will be placed according to actual needs. The estimated contract value is EUR 59,800 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget of EUR 29,900 excluding VAT for each 12-month period. The initial term is 12 months, with one possible 12-month extension. The contract is not divided into lots. Bidders must price the entire product list and offer a percentage discount on the listed unit prices. Offers are assessed on the discount, the proportion of products held in stock, holiday service and shorter delivery times for products not in stock. Stocked items must be delivered in less than 12 working hours; items not held in stock must be delivered within 3 working days, and any shorter period offered is binding. The minimum stock coverage is 60%. The supplier must provide trained staff and products meeting the required quality, standards and documentation requirements. Offers must be submitted electronically with the required offer and responsible-declaration documents. Bidders must be registered in the relevant public procurement register or have applied for registration before the submission deadline.
