On-call medical services for Obispo Polanco University Hospital

Summary

The tender is for the provision of on-call medical services at Obispo Polanco University Hospital in Teruel in gynaecology, anaesthesiology, urology and, where a need is justified, other services. The contractor must provide enough appropriately qualified doctors to cover the hospital’s on-call needs. The doctors must hold the relevant specialty qualifications and professional registration and must have no contractual relationship with the Aragon Health Service. The service covers patients in the Teruel area. The contractor must use the health service’s clinical information systems, including electronic prescriptions, and comply with patient rights, equal treatment and personal-data protection requirements. The contract runs from 1 October 2026, or from the date it is signed, until 31 December 2026, with no extension provided. The estimated volume is 80 weekday on-call shifts and 80 holiday on-call shifts. The maximum unit price is €1,750 for a weekday shift and €2,350 for a holiday shift; the total budget of €328,000 is exempt from VAT. Price is worth up to 35 points. Evaluation also takes account of the number of available specialists, professional experience, continuity of medical staff and the company’s distance from the service location. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and provide details of comparable services performed in the previous three years. The offer must include the required declarations and a financial proposal with unit prices. Consult the tender documents for the full participation and compliance requirements.
