Supply of 80 VoIP phones for the hospital annex

Summary

The tender covers the supply of 80 VoIP phones for the Lanzarote health service, for a new workplace building next to Dr. José Molina Orosa University Hospital. The required model is the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7841. Each phone must be supplied with the user or device licence needed for registration and a 2 m UTP Cat.6 RJ-45 network cable. The phones must have a backlit display of at least 3.5 inches, at least four programmable line keys, two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports (one for daisy-chaining a computer), SIP support and compatibility with the existing platform. They must be new, supplied in original packaging, covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and manufactured less than one year before delivery. Delivery to the hospital premises specified by the buyer is due within 45 calendar days after contract signature. The warranty must last at least two years and cover manufacturing defects and replacement of defective units. The maximum budget is €30,000 excluding IGIC, or €32,100 including 7% IGIC. Price carries up to 80 points and delivery-time reduction up to 20 points: each reduction of three calendar days earns 2 points, with a maximum for a reduction of 30 days or more. Bidders must submit technical evidence of compliance, a price offer and the required information forms, and confirm their eligibility and absence of exclusion grounds. Bids must be submitted electronically; only one bid is permitted and variants are not allowed.
