Acquisition of machinery for forest fire prevention in Coirós

Summary

The tender is for new machinery for the municipality of Coirós to support forest-fire prevention. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 is a hydraulically articulated tractor-mounted flail mower, estimated at €12,500 excluding VAT; Lot 2 is a tractor-mounted backhoe excavator, estimated at €7,500 excluding VAT. The total estimated contract value is €20,000 excluding VAT, or €24,200 including VAT. The machinery must be new, compliant with the specifications and compatible with the municipality’s SAME EXPLORER 3 100 DT tractor. Bids must include the machinery’s technical details and the completed compliance form. Evaluation awards up to 80 points for price and up to 20 points for a longer manufacturer’s warranty; the minimum warranty is two years. Bidders must demonstrate the required legal, financial and technical capacity, with the supporting evidence set out in the qualification requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically. The procurement is 60% co-funded by a European Union grant.
