Summary

The tender seeks technical accounting and finance support for the financial department of the public tourism and cultural management company of Asturias. The work includes recording bank transactions and reconciling bank accounts; monitoring customer and supplier accounts, receipts and payments; checking sales revenue; preparing payroll entries; accounting for fixed assets and capital grants; recording inventory changes and expense provisions; and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The service must be provided at the company’s Gijón offices from Monday to Friday for at least five hours per day. At least one qualified professional must be assigned continuously, using a suitable computer compatible with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central. The contract runs for two years, with a possible one-year extension. The estimated budget is €127,500 excluding VAT (€154,275 including VAT), and the contract is not divided into lots. Bids are assessed on price, the assigned professional’s relevant experience and additional support hours, as well as the service-delivery approach and continuity plan. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements, submit the required documents and provide a professional who meets the qualification requirements.
