Renovation and adaptation of a building for two dwellings in Nueno, Phase 1

Summary

The tender covers the first phase of renovation works on a building in Nueno containing two dwellings intended for public social rental. The works include demolition and removal of the existing heating system; drainage around the building and external paving; roof insulation and waterproofing; installation of rainwater goods; and installation of an aerothermal heating, cooling and domestic hot water system for both dwellings, including pipework, fan coil units and bathroom towel radiators.
