Supply of materials and machinery services for improvements to pedestrian and green areas on Álvarez Quintero Street

Summary

The procurement is divided into four lots for the supply of concrete and other construction materials, the rental of construction machinery without operators, and machinery services with operators. The materials and services will support the improvement of pedestrian and green areas on Álvarez Quintero Street in Lucena del Puerto. The works are intended to improve accessibility and safety and include, among other things, widening the pavement, installing rainwater drainage, renewing surfaces, planting trees and replacing natural grass with artificial turf. The total budget is €78,137.50 excluding VAT and €94,546.38 including 21% VAT. Lot 1 (concrete) is budgeted at €11,155; Lot 2 (machinery rental without an operator) at €10,535; Lot 3 (aggregates, ceramic and other construction materials and related goods) at €51,062.50; and Lot 4 (machinery services with an operator) at €5,385, all excluding VAT. The contract lasts ten months, with the works due to finish before 6 September 2027. Bidders may tender for any or all lots, but must cover every priced item in each lot they bid for. A bidder and its linked companies may receive no more than two lots in total; bidders entering several lots may state their preferred order. Supplies are ordered as required, and bidders should take account of the delivery periods stated in the documents: one provision sets a maximum of 24 hours, while the general delivery terms usually allow up to 48 hours. The bidder must provide the required staff, equipment and insurance and supply compliant materials carrying at least a one-year warranty.
