Sewerage and water supply installations on the PO-313, Cadro–Cadrelo section

Summary

The contract covers construction of sewerage and water-supply facilities on the PO-313 road between Cadro and Cadrelo in the municipality of Marín, from kilometre 4+120 to kilometre 5+035. The works include the sewer and water pipelines and associated structures specified in the project; the project sets out the detailed scope and technical solutions. The completion period is 12 months. The estimated value is €292,840.91 excluding VAT and €354,337.50 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Tenders must be submitted electronically in two parts within 20 calendar days of publication of the contract notice. Price carries up to 65 points and an extended warranty up to 10 points (2 points for each additional year, up to 10). Qualitative criteria carry up to 25 points, and bidders must obtain at least 12.5% of the total available score in that assessment. The technical submission must address the work method and site conditions, effects on traffic and other services, the work schedule, team and machinery, environmental measures and the quality-control plan. The standard completion period is not to be shortened. The successful contractor must also meet the environmental requirements for construction-waste management and provide the required project-funding signage and photographic records.
