Resurfacing and improvement of the municipal road from Luou to Raris

Summary

The tender is for resurfacing and improving the municipal road between Luou and Raris in the municipality of Teo. The works include cleaning and preparing the existing surface, improving ditches and laying asphalt over an approximately 4.5 km road section with a total paved area of 28,800 m². The project also includes raising 300 manhole covers, inspection chambers and gullies to the new road level, and installing horizontal and vertical road markings. The successful bidder must, among other things, substantiate the availability of the proposed workforce and machinery. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee of 5%; a further 5% guarantee applies if the winning bid was initially considered abnormally low.
